Founder

Kerri Grass M.S., BCBA, LBA

Kerri Grass is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with experience in a variety of specialties including parent training, early intervention, family focus, severe behaviors, feeding, and social skills groups. With about 5 years of experience in the field of applied behavior analysis she brings compassionate care to each and every family she encounters in order to ensure they are comfortable sharing vulnerable strengths and challenges of their everyday lives in their sessions.

She specializes in providing behavior analytic treatment for children with ADHD or Autism as well as parent support. Kerri graduated with her bachelor’s degree focused in child development and psychology, and she went on to graduate with her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis. She is a founding member of the Pediatric Provider Collective, and she is a member of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts.

As a behavior analyst she is passionate about teaching behavior analytic principles and strategies to parents or caregivers, so that they feel confident in how to navigate challenging behaviors independently. As a mother herself she strongly values parent input and involvement in treatment, and she is committed to setting goals that align with the values and lifestyle of each family she works with.
